| What type of guarantee does
the Ink Restore offer? |
A 100% Quality Guarantee is offered on
all products. If you try our product and are not satisfied
for any reason we will replace the cartridge or refund your
money.
If you have a problem we will work with you to resolve it
including assisting with printer issues, making sure you have
the right product for the right job, and advising you on how
to lower your total cost of ownership when purchasing printer
hardware. |

toner or ink cartridge void my printer's warranty? |
| NO. Federal law prohibits any company or person
from requiring you to purchase their OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer) product. The Federal Trade Commission protects
your rights as a consumer to purchase the product or service
of your choice. |

| How do remanufactured cartridges
compare to OEM cartridges? |
The Ink ReStore cartridges are remanufactured
to EM performance specifications. This means that image quality,
performance and yield (page count) are equal to or better
than OEM. Each remanufactured cartridge goes through a comprehensive
remanufacturing process and are 100% quality guaranteed to
ensure you receive the highest quality cartridge.
If you have a problem we will work with you to resolve it
including assisting with printer issues, making sure you have
the right product for the right job, and advising you on how
to lower your total cost of ownership when purchasing printer

extensively in inkjet and laser remanufacturing. We have partnered
with the best suppliers of technology and raw materials in
the business today. We test every cartridge we manufacture
and stand behind it 100%. If we use a source for hard to get
cartridges we equally support that product and only buy from
suppliers who we believe have the same high standards we do.

| Why should we switch to
remanufactured cartridges from OEM cartridges? |
| Using remanufactured cartridges is good for
you and good for the environment. These cartridges are 30 to
50% less costly than OEM cartridges. In addition, the toner
cartridges save 2 pounds of plastic from entering the waste
stream. |

| What should I do with my
empty cartridges? |
| We will either pick up your empties or prove
a postage paid label for return to our manufacturing facility.
See the link to our recycling information. Once we receive them
they will carefully inspected and, based on the results of that
inspection, either be used in our remanufacturing operation
or properly disposed of to minimize environmental impact. You
should never throw an empty away! |

| We accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Government
agencies, and business customers with approved credit. We accept
